Heritage Limited Edition Collection By Boca do Lobo
The Portuguese Luxury Brand Boca do Lobo presents an homage to its own culture with the Heritage Limited Edition Collection. Today the Blog Design Limited Edition presents the Heritage Collection. What makes it unique is the fact that is handcrafted with tiles, a traditional material in the country.

Heritage Sideboard
Hand-painted-tiles have gained a privileged place in architecture throughout the centuries. Portugal has adopted them like no other country has and in order to honor the Portuguese hand-painted tiles, Boca do Lobo created Heritage Sideboard.
This piece presents a different number of layers, where each one tells a different story. The Heritage Sideboard is a small journey through Portuguese history and culture. Covered in Azulejos, the Portuguese traditional hand-painted born in Egypt (known as the zellige), the Heritage tells tales of the county’s maritime discoveries and expansion. The tile has become a landmark in Portuguese architecture and can be found all over the country, from churches, houses, and gardens.

Heritage is an elegant décor piece to compliment the decoration of any interior setting.
A highly coveted ensemble of hand-painted tiles like those of an expertly curated art collection brings together master artisans and craftsmen for Boca do Lobo’s Heritage. In its interior, there is one door and four drawers, fully lined with gold leaf.

As we have seen with the Sideboard, Heritage Cabinet also has a sepia version.
The drawings presented in the tiles can be customized.

Heavily inspired by Portuguese history and culture, the Dom Heritage is a cross between two of Boca do Lobo’s most iconic design pieces, keeping the form of the Dom Manuel cabinet, with the use of the tile finish found on the Heritage pieces.
