After wildly successful receptions in New York City in the summer of 2016, Los Angeles earlier this past year and San Francisco in the last September, it was time for Miami to receive the Museum of Ice Cream in December 2017.
The Instagram-bait chain of museums became a viral phenomenon among the social media circle, thanks in large part to the photographable aesthetic of the museum‘s swimming pool of (plastic) rainbow sprinkles and other millennial pink accouterments, with the lightest side of actual ice cream history. Take a look at this modern art experience that promises to make you feel like a child again:
Founder and creative director Maryellis Bunn said that their mission is “to design environments that bring people together and provoke imagination”.
You won’t believe your eyes or your senses. Specially created fragrances will make you feel like a child again in this modern art museum.
Each $38 ticket reportedly includes access to all of the “socially inclusive and accessible” museum‘s interactive exhibits, as well as tastings of multiple in-house treats. Tickets to each of the locations regularly sell out – a huge 30,000 tickets to the New York exhibition were sold in the first five days.
Banana split rooms made up of 10,000 bananas will make you beg to be locked up in an insane shelter. The whole thing is straight out of Kookoo, USA and everyone is completely crazy about it. If you are lactose intolerant, you might want to skip it the Museum of Ice Cream. You won’t be able to control yourself and we are pretty sure you will regret that museum visit.
