The Future Perfect shouldn’t be an unknown name if you’re a design lover, and especially if you are well versed in collectable design. This contemporary art gallery has been distinguished by its thoroughly creative and ebullient vision and strong curatorial focus, which showcases studio-created works alongside one-of-a-kind and limited edition pieces.
Art galleryThe Future Perfect has created its third Casa Perfect modern design showroom to pay homage to its 1970s aesthetic of the Beverly Hills house it inhabits. A merge of old and new that utterly makes these art gallery‘s collectable design pieces shine.
You might be familiar with the furniture design work that is displayed at this exquisite showroom. Casa Perfect showcases work by Floris Wubben, Chris Wolston, John Hogan, Chen Chen & Kai Williams, Eric Roinestad, Cody Hoyt, Ben & Aja Blanc, Seungjin Yang, Christopher Stuart, and Reinaldo Sanguino, and many more modern artists.
“Our new home for Casa Perfect LA is my favorite house yet. The Casa Perfect concept for me has always been about utilizing incredible architecture – in this case, a jewel that has been virtually untouched since 1971 – as a backdrop for our contemporary program.” – The Future Perfect founder David Alhadeff.
The roaming art gallery opened its showroom in the Trousdale Estates neighbourhood to follow previous stints in a nearby house that once belonged to Elvis Presley that opened in 2018 and a modernist Hollywood Hills home that opened in 2017.
Like with previous outposts, space occupies a functioning home furnished with collectable designs. The property was originally completed in 1971 by modernist architect Raul F Garduno and was overhauled to leave the existing contemporary design style intact.
