Award-winning Scottish gin released a new limited edition Manor Racing Daffy’s Gin bottle in late spring via the Daffy’s Gin website and selected Waitrose stores throughout the UK. Only 1,000 bottles will be available for costumers; bottling offers a contrasting, but complementary flavour profile to Daffy’s original, using a new recipe based on Daffy’s flagship world-class botanicals. The exclusive small batch of the bottles were created celebrating Daffy’s partnership with British F1 team Manor Racing.
Daffy’s co-founder, master distiller Chris Molyneaux said: ‘Despite sales growing by seven fold over the last 12 months, our distillation methods, using the world’s best ingredients to produce small, single batches will never change. It’s the smooth and complex flavour of Daffy’s that makes it unique, to be enjoyed in cocktails, or neat over ice, like a fine Single Malt Whisky’.
The new flavour includes Lebanese mint leaves, fresh lime from southern Spain, Balkan, juniper berries and Moroccan orris root. The bottle was specially designed by New York artist Robert McGinnis featuring classic 70s racing stripes and frames Daffy – the ‘goddess of gin’ – in the winner’s laurel wreath and gold cup.

‘Since launching Daffy’s we’ve worked hard to secure key national listings and are thrilled to have both Daffy’s original and our Manor Racing Limited Edition stocked at Waitrose. We’ve been told our limited edition is a complete game changer and can’t wait to hear customer’s response.’
