Born in France in 1976, Sam Baron has a degree in Design from the Fine Arts School of Saint Etienne and a post-graduate degree from the National Decorative Arts School of Paris. Professionals and design lovers admire him for his iconic product and design. As one of the best product designers in the world, Sam Baron is unquestionably also one of the most talented designers of his generation. The creative work of Sam Baron combines ideas of classic European elegance by reimagining traditional shapes and functions in stylish new forms. As a top product designer, he is an independent designer and consultant for international luxury brands such as Benetton, Louis Vuitton, L’Oréal, and Vista Alegre.


His work has been exposed at several design events and fairs, including Maison et Objet in Paris, the Salone del Mobile of Milan, and the International Contemporary Furniture Fair in New York. The top interior designer Philippe Starck selected him as one of the ten important designers of the next decade. Sam Baron currently lives and works between France, Portugal, and Italy where, since 2006, he directs Fabrica’s design studio.
