Back in 2006, this was the year they opened their first space in London’s Chelsea in a former carpenter’s workshop, and initially selling only paintings, but soon realized that was a space in the market for them to create their own “thing”.
After a huge success in London, the Carpenters Workshop Gallery opened a new space in Paris’ Marais District, in the old Galerie de France – one of the most prominent post-war galleries in Paris. Four years later, the gallery crossed the ocean, and opened its doors in New York!
The gallery was the ever first to combine a production department dedicated to artistic research and development of collectible design, bringing together an elite team of artisans. Calling themselves “Addicted to the creative process”, Carpenters Workshop Gallery surrenders to their yearning for poetry and emotion, which guide their artistic choices.
