A highly coveted ensemble of hand painted tiles that bring together master artisans and craftsmen for Boca do Lobo’s Heritage. Its interior is fully lined with golden leaf, where you will find contains two shelves made in bronze glass. The base is made from manually hammered brass.
Besides the hand painted tiles technique, in this piece, joinery, application of golden leaf, turnery and glass work were other techniques used to create this cabinet.
After the huge success with this Cabinet and our honor to the hand painted tiles Portuguese history, Boca do Lobo created Heritage Sideboard. With this version we present a different number of layers, were each one tells a different story. You will have a Heritage going through different times and centuries, together in a final panel. In the different layers you will find different tiles paintings inspired by different periods of Portuguese history, taken from different historic buildings like convents or old colleges.
